First Impression Team
Volunteers on our First Impression Team are some of the first people our attendees come in contact with at weekend services. They create a welcoming environment for everyone by greeting before services, helping people find seats, parking cars, driving shuttles and staffing Welcome Centers.
Preschool / Kids Ministry
Preschool and Kids volunteers help children experience Jesus on their level. Volunteers have the opportunity to shepherd and care for our little ones by leading classrooms, helping families check in, and providing care for infants and toddlers in a safe, clean and fun environment.
Student Ministry
Serving in the student ministry allows volunteers the opportunities to foster relationships with students and minister to them through the teaching and studying of scripture, worship and intentional discipleship. They engage with students during Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights, lead small groups, and help with events and student outreach.
Missions Team
As believers we have all been given a mission, and we find our purpose when we embrace it. So what is our mission? To seek the glory of God and the good of all peoples through Jesus Christ. At QSBC, we carry out this mission locally, regionally, and internationally. We have opportunities to serve in social ministries, upward sports ministries, mission trips, and more!
Worship Ministry
Church members involved in our worship teams use their gifts and abilities to minister to the church body through the expression of worship to the Lord.
There are several different styles of worship found across the campus on Sunday mornings, including traditional and modern services. In order for this to be possible, we need everyone from choir, orchestra, and band members to lighting and sound engineers, and photographers and writers to videographers and cameramen.
We also have opportunities for adults to experience the joy of teaching children about worship each week in our Children’s Choirs. Â We would love for you to join us!
Adult Ministry
Church members involved in our adult ministry can serve and use their gifts in a variety of ministries including Women’s Ministry, Men’s Ministry, Small Groups, and more.
Care Ministry
The care ministry of Quail Springs Baptist Church glorifies God, undergirds the members and ministries of His church in prayer, and leads believers to a deeper, more intimate walk with God. We have opportunities for volunteers to serve new members, spend time in our prayer room, help out with counseling, and so much more!
Recreation
Make a difference in the lives of our kids by volunteering as a coach or referee in our Upward Sports leagues. Your service will create lasting impacts on their faith, build strong character, and a sense of community among our young athletes.
Masterpiece
Transform lives and spread joy by becoming a “Buddy” in Quail’s Masterpiece Ministry. In this vital role, you’ll provide companionship and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs during our Sunday morning experience, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. This is more than volunteering; it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference, build lasting relationships, and deepen your own faith journey.

Utility/Food Assistance
We are dedicated to loving and serving others in our community through the transformative power of the gospel. One way we do that is by providing essential services like utility assistance and a food pantry to those in need.

Clinic on the Hill
Our free medical clinic operates solely on the generosity of donors, and we’re continuously searching for dedicated individuals to join us in serving the community.
Through this clinic, we aim to address both physical and spiritual needs, fostering faith in Jesus while ensuring the health and well-being of our community members.

Jobs for Life
At Jobs for Life, we hold the belief that God has created each of us with unique gifts and talents, meant to be used in our work to fulfill our purpose. We see work as a means to meet not only our economic needs but also as an opportunity to worship God.
Our program is designed to tackle the underlying issues of unemployment, underemployment, and disengagement with work, helping individuals rediscover the value and purpose in their vocations.
English Classes
Our English Classes program serves as a cornerstone of our mission to strengthen our community. By offering free oral English classes for adults, we aim to bridge communication gaps, promote inclusivity, and empower individuals with language skills.
From beginners to intermediate speakers to advanced learners – our commitment is to facilitate personal and professional growth through language proficiency.
Whiz Kids
Did you know that nearly one-third of 4th graders in Oklahoma read below a satisfactory level of proficiency? It’s a pressing issue that our state’s children are facing.
This is where Whiz Kids steps in. Whiz Kids is a faith-driven, volunteer tutoring and mentoring program with a mission to make a difference. We focus on first through sixth grade students living in areas with some of the highest dropout rates and lowest socioeconomic levels in Oklahoma City.
Our goal is to change the narrative, one child at a time, and help these young minds unlock their full potential.
Good News Clubs
At Quail Springs Baptist Church, we’re deeply committed to making a positive impact on our community. The Good News Club is a testament to that commitment. It’s an after-school Bible club designed for Kindergarten through 5th-grade students.
Our purpose is clear: we believe in sharing the message of hope and love found in the Gospel. Through music, Bible verses, engaging lessons, missionary stories, and games, we strive to make faith accessible and enjoyable.
