Come craft to create change with the QSBC ladies on July 19th at 7:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. A portion of the proceeds from the evening will benefit The Pearl House, a nonprofit that protects, educates and disciples at-risk young women in underserved communities in Ghana, West Africa. Courtney Bullard, co-founder of The Pearl House, will be with us throughout the evening and will share about the ministry.
Those who choose to craft, will be guided step-by-step and end up with a customized wood sign to take home. Each sign will be painted on with your choice of word(s). We will have stencils with words like “love”, “joy”, “peace”, “gather”, and “thankful” for ladies to use. Ladies will also make a DIY flower to attach to their sign from fabric that has come from Ghana – where The Pearl House is located. Throughout the craft, we will have several ladies roaming the Fellowship Hall to help and answer any questions.
We look forward to sharing this special evening with you! And of course, we will have yummy desserts, coffee and tea. Tickets on sale now for $15, or $5 for no craft. Childcare will not be provided.
