Women's Ministry

As the church and as a Women’s Ministry, we are in community together striving to fulfill the Great Commission Jesus left us with. As we spend our lives in fellowship with God and each other, we form His church. As we work together, sharing the gifts God has given us to do His work, we all become a little more like Him.

We are excited to see and experience what all God has in store for our Women's Ministry and our women at Quail Springs Baptist Church. We are trusting in God's plan and His timing as we move forward. We desire to get all women connected to Quail Springs Baptist Church and reach those that aren't yet connected; for them to know each other well and provide Titus 2 support and encouragement.

Our focus is "Beyond Familiar—growing together in faith and friendship." Our emphasis will be on spiritual growth through friendship. We desire to foster genuine and authentic connection by blending and building relationships between women of all ages and stages of life.

Intentional Friends Ministry

The purpose of this ministry is to "reach a woman right where she is to help her become the woman God designed her to be.” Our intent is to stir hearts and challenge our ladies to courageously step into other women's lives and embrace their God-given role so that we might be "mutually encouraged by each other's faith." (Romans 1:12)

Summer Block Party Recap

We threw a Summer Block Party last summer and had over 200 ladies attend. While enjoying a time of fellowship and Roxy’s ice cream, women also heard a message from Paula Vawter on how to build community through love, authenticity, worship, and consistency. Get a glimpse of the fun below!

During the Block Party, we discussed four key characteristics of building fruitful, life-giving biblical community and then asked for responses to the following questions. Click the links to see what ladies shared with us. We wanted to make these available to you in a fun, beneficial way. Please feel free to download and share!

  • LOVE - How can you sincerely demonstrate sacrificial yet practical acts of love to others?
  • AUTHENTICITY - How can you exhibit authenticity that spurs others on to a deeper faith?
  • WORSHIP - How can you welcome opportunities to interact with one another spiritually and intentionally encourage growth in the Lord?
  • CONSISTENCY - How can you keep busyness from getting in the way of building and nurturing a deeply consistent presence in the lives of others?
