Exciting Changes To The Baptist Messenger

Posted by Mary Criner on

For more than 100 years, the Baptist Messenger has been informing and inspiring Oklahoma Baptists and others through their weekly newspaper. We, as a church, have relied on the Baptist Messenger as a resource for many years and have utilized the newsletter wrap to inform church members of key information and news. The Baptist Messenger recently announced their plans for some exciting changes in the coming year.

Starting in January 2019, the Baptist Messenger print edition will switch from a weekly print publication to a semi-monthly (printing two editions per month) publication. Additionally, the church newsletter wrap will be discontinued statewide.

As QSBC prepares for these updates, we see it as a prime opportunity to evaluate our current church communications strategy. With the removal of the newsletter wrap, we are looking for new and better ways to engage church members. We live in a fast-paced world where it seems there is always something fighting for our time and attention. We want to make it easy for you to stay informed about church news and opportunities–without feeling overwhelmed.

We have created a short survey that will help us understand how you currently receive QSBC news, and how you would prefer to stay connected. Will you take a moment and give us your perspective?

Take Survey

Access the survey online or pick up a printed copy at the Welcome Desks located outside the Worship Center and Chapel. The survey will close on December 20. Thank you for helping us improve our church communications!
