Falls Creek Registration 6th Grade Week: June 18th-22nd 

To register for Falls Creek click on the Find Logo in the column to the right. To pay for Falls Creek click the paypal button in the column to the right. Please remember that when you pay online you are charged a convenience fee. Also please remember to put your student’s name in the box below the price option so we know exactly which student to credit the price to. Remember to be fully registered and your spot secured you have to also have a Falls Creek Camper Release Form, a Character  contract, and a Quail Springs Medical Release form in order to be considered fully registered and your spot secured.  Ministry Information

Quail Springs Baptist Church Merge Student Ministry exists to introduce students to a saving belief in Jesus Christ and to equip them for spiritual growth where they will have an opportunity to develop a Christ-like lifestyle that will result in relationships and promote service to both God and others. Submerge Sixth Grade Ministry seeks to submerge sixth grade students into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through bible study, prayer, worship, evangelism, discipleship, ministry, fellowship during this transitional year.

Jeff DeGiacomo is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary.  He has been serving in student ministry for the last seven years. He served in churches in Oklahoma City and Ada prior to joining the QSBC staff. He is married to Laura, who is a registered nurse. He enjoys spending time with Laura, his family, investing in the lives of students and their families, watching OU athletics, keeping up the Boston Red Sox, hunting, and fishing.
