The 146 Fitness and Recreation Center at QSBC features:

  • game room
  • flat screen TV’s
  • a game room with ping pong and more
  • basketball court
  • a weight room with free weights
  • machine weights
  • cardio equipment
  • and more!

In addition, numerous programmed activities are available each month such as aerobics, skate night, movie night, ping pong and pool tournaments, Play Station 2 tournaments, basketball and volleyball leagues, weightlifting accountability groups and much more. Upward is an exciting sports program specifically designed for K5 through sixth grade boys and girls that promotes salvation, character, and self-esteem in every child. As an Upward partner, Quail Springs Baptist Church offers the following leagues:

About Van Greenwood recreation@qsbc.org Van Greenwood is QSBC’s Minister of Recreation and Community Outreach. Van is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Van spent a number of years in public education.
