The 146 Fitness and Recreation Center at QSBC features:

In addition, numerous programmed activities are available each month such as aerobics, skate night, movie night, ping pong and pool tournaments, Play Station 2 tournaments,

Upward is an exciting sports program specifically designed for K5 through sixth grade boys and girls that promotes salvation, character, and self-esteem in every child. As an Upward partner, Quail Springs Baptist Church offers the following leagues:

About Van Greenwood recreation@qsbc.org Van Greenwood is QSBC’s Minister of Recreation and Community Outreach. Van is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Van spent a number of years in public education.
