Our goal is to help children grow in their awareness of God’s presence in their lives and to ultimately assist in leading them to accept Jesus as their personal Savior. Bible study for first thru fifth grades is designed to provide a firm foundation of Biblical principles and Scripture memory. Age appropriate methods and materials are used to help children recognize God’s plan for their lives and to receive guidance in daily living.
Weekly programs include Sunday school, Mission study, Worship, Choir and Discipleship. QSBC Children’s leaders believe that these 5 years are a crucial time of spiritual development for children. We feel privileged to have a part in helping children as they learn Bible skills, Christian character and in forming attitudes of worship as they grow into the people God planned for each of them to be.
Special activities throughout the year – like Vacation Bible School, Day Camps, holiday events, Children’s Camp and other special events – provide fellowship and fun as well as an opportunity for children to bring their friends.
