Dear Church Family,
Imagine a church gathering people from all walks of life to Jesus. Imagine a church building up people through Bible teaching, sincere worship, loving relationships and meaningful service. Imagine that church sending out waves of people, to plant dozens of churches all across a growing city. Imagine the next 50 years at Quail Springs Baptist Church.
As a congregation, we believe the Lord is leading us to fully develop our present location in order to reach our growing community. In the future, we are committed to sending out large numbers of people into our city to plant and revitalize churches. Our work is gathering together, building up, and sending out. In order to take the next step in this great work, we need to build more gathering space.
This new space will help more people come together for fellowship and Bible study. It is an essential step in fully developing this land the Lord has given to us. Our effort to pay for this construction project is called The Gathering. Like the work to which the Lord has called us, this construction project is something we are called to do together.
The goal of The Gathering is simple. We want to effectively communicate the mission of Quail Springs Baptist Church to every member of the Body. We want you to See the Vision, Share the Passion and Do Your Part. I believe the Lord Jesus will guide you to know your part in this great work, the work we are doing together.
It is my prayer that our Lord Jesus will use The Gathering to knit our hearts together in a common commitment to His work. These are exciting days in the life of our Church. God’s good hand is upon us. Let’s trust Him to move us forward together for His glory.
